CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For the festive period, any purchases made after December 17th can be returned until the 25th January if unwanted or unsuitable for an exchange or refund.
If you are not totally delighted with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return this to us for a refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed from the date this is received.
Returns are currently at your own cost. We recommend using a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Due to the significant price difference in shipping charges, we regrettably are unable to offer a free exchange to our customers within the UK or outside of the UK. All exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
An exchange or refund will only be provided if the item(s) are in perfect condition with the original labels attached. Item(s) received in an un-saleable condition or outside of the returns window will only be returnable or refunded at our discretion on a per order basis.
*Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit and original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
